She has earned two Master's Degrees--an MBA in Finance, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. With more than twenty years in business as a corporate executive and additional experience in her private consulting business, she has combined this rich background with a proven track record as a real estate investor in multiple states and Mexico.

Pam is a San Diego Real Estate Broker, meaning she was successful in passing eight real estate courses in subjects including Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practices, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Accounting and Economics. She also had to pass a state exam for brokers. As a real estate broker, she is licensed by the Department of Real Estate to operate independently and supervise realtors.
